My name is Otto Rascon and thanks for checking out my blog. So why a blog? So glad you asked - I love photographing weddings and family portraits, but I also love shooting other types of events and writing is very important to me. So this blog allows me to communicate and share more of myself and my images with you.

I am from the awesome city of Chicago. I love photographing people! Seriously, what other profession would allow me to interact with amazing people, provide them with a meaningful product, and allows for some major fun and creativity?

Children grow up so fast and wedding day memories quickly fade only to be remembered by the photos in the album. Capturing fleeting moments is very important to me, that is why I love photographing weddings and families. I love seeing how my photographs enrich and bring color to peoples lives. The OC is Oh-So Sexy

I am from the Midwest. Chicago to be exact. So whenever I hear of the “OC” I either think of the WB tv show or of the Old Orchard Mall in Skokie. I know, I know… I need to get out more. I will not argue anyone on that point. I would love to travel to the beautiful and warm OC, especially in the winter.
